EltaMD UV Physical Broad-Spectrum SPF 41 is a lightly tinted, all-mineral sunscreen designed for sensitive, oily, and normal skin types. This 100% mineral active formula provides excellent protection against both UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) rays. It can be worn alone or under makeup and is water-resistant for up to 40 minutes.

  • All-Mineral Formula: This sunscreen is formulated with 9.0% Zinc Oxide and 7.0% Titanium Dioxide, which are natural mineral compounds that reflect and scatter UVA and UVB rays.
  • Lightly Tinted: The sheer tint helps to even out skin tone, blur imperfections, and reduce the appearance of redness for a soft, matte finish. Iron oxides in the formula provide blue light protection and help prevent the appearance of dark spots.
  • Gentle and Soothing: It's a gentle formula that is fragrance-free, paraben-free, hypoallergenic, and non-comedogenic, making it ideal for sensitive skin, including those with rosacea or who are post-procedure. The formula also contains antioxidants like Ginger Root Extract and Bisabolol to help calm the skin and reduce visible redness.
  • Antioxidant Protection: EltaMD UV Physical contains antioxidants, including Vitamin E, to help protect your skin from environmental stressors and neutralize free radical damage.

Apply liberally to face and neck 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply: after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating; immediately after towel drying; at least every 2 hours
