ZO Clear Renewal is an advanced retinol treatment designed for blemish-prone skin experiencing breakouts, congestion, excess oil, visible pores and post-blemish marks. This retinol substitutes the discontinued ZO Acne Complex.

At the heart of the formula is ZO-RDS™, ZO's proprietary liposomal retinol delivery system. This technology is engineered for controlled release and targeted delivery to help support skin renewal, giving you the results of a 0.5% retinol with the strength of a 0.3% with no irritation or downtime.

Formulated with 0.3% retinol, Clear Renewal promotes skin renewal and healthy exfoliation while helping improve the appearance of uneven texture and tone. Its targeted ingredient complex combines 1% salicylic acid, bakuchiol, ZO-RRS2™, potassium azeloyl diglycinate, rose canina fruit extract and cetyl tranexamate mesylate to address multiple visible signs of blemish-prone skin.

The result is skin that looks clearer, smoother and more balanced, with the appearance of pores, excess oil and post-blemish marks visibly minimized.

Due to the unique potency of ZO Clear Renewal, begin use gradually. After your cleansing routine, apply a thin layer 2-3 times/week. Gradually increase to daily use as tolerated. Pair with ZO’s Hydrating Crème to soothe + comfort skin. Wear broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 30 or higher daily. This is one of the strongest products in the ZO line. Reactions are anticipated with the use of this product. Redness, flakiness, dryness, burning, or stinging are all normal, anticipated reactions when starting retinol. With regular product use, skin will acclimate, revealing a smoother, more even-toned and radiant complexion. Pair your retinol with a ZO functional hydrator to minimize anticipated reactions. Like prescription retinoic acid, retinol will make your skin more sensitive to the sun. Wear SPF 30 or higher daily.
